Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee creating, managing and tracking effectiveness of online and print advertisements. The marketing candidate should be positive and energetic with the drive to research, implement and track all marketing efforts. Computer skills are a large requirement for this job, so candidate should have experience with MS office, web design and ad design. The ideal candidate will also have basic IT experience to be able to troubleshoot nominal technical tasks that arise.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our social networks
  • Develop online sales markets at our e-commerce sites
  • Sell our products on Amazon, Craigslist and Ebay
  • Develop call-to-action ads/promos on website, social network, etc.
  • Create and maintain online product databases
  • Monitor website and make sure that information is up to date, accurate and effectively written and positioned
  • Ensure compliance with MAP policies
  • Monitor and improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Coordinate email campaigns and online advertising
  • Coordinate online sales shipping and order fulfillment
  • Complete other digital marketing projects as assigned

Digital Marketing Manager Experience Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing and online ad/web design experience

Digital Marketing Manager Skills Required:

  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office
  • Basic web design
  • Creativity for advertisement concept and design
  • IT experience for basic problem solving would be ideal
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and capable of working with little supervision
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • HTML coding

Digital Marketing Manager Work requirements:

  • Sitting at a desk for the majority of the work day
  • General computer work including typing and looking at a monitor for the majority of the work day
  • Working in a fast paced and stressful environment with competing deadlines and changing priorities
  • Using problem solving skills to fix problems
