Items are shipped on freight trucks without liftgate service. Residential delivery and liftgate service can be provided for an additional fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Tri Star Engines may change shipping costs at any time without notice to adjust for fuel and freight charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Tri Star Engines and Transmissions offers international shipping by sea freight to selected countries. International shipping rates are provided on a case-by-case basis; you must email customer service for an international shipping quote prior to placing your order.
Customers are allowed to schedule international shipping through their own brokers, however Tri Star is unable to provide assistance in completing any additional shipping documents required. All shipping documents and dangerous goods declaration paperwork should be completed by the customer or customer's broker and forwarded to your shipping company.
Interntional Commercial ("INCO") Shipping Terms
Key notes:
- At this time we only accept international wire transfers for payment on international orders. Any Paypal or credit card payments for international orders will be refunded, and a request for international wire transfer will be made.
- Tri Star Engines and Transmissions ships all international orders with INCO shipping terms of Cost and Freight ("CFR"). Please see the attached INCO Shipping Terms document above.
- To receive the shipment you will need a freight broker. Upon receipt you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges and receiption fees. Freight forwarding can be arranged with your broker for additional charges.
- Insurance is covered by Tri Star Engines and Transmissions only until it is received at the shipping port. Any additional insurance will need to be purchased with the assistance of the freight broker in the receiving country.
